There are many different ways this can be displayed. Are you seeing: 'Searching...', 'No Service', or are you seeing Service but not 3G or 4G (1x)?
This is not the experience we want you to have with your device, NMILLA. Let’s ensure this gets fixed right away. When did the connection issue start happening? What zip code are you in? What services are impacted? For example, voice, text, and/or data?
