My husband needs to replace his Otterbox. The clerk at the Verizon store said it qualifies for a free replacement but you have to go to the Otterbox website. We did that but I can't see how to get the free replacement and chat support was basically useless. Anyone have a suggestion?
What is the style of the case being replaced, I found on here that
only certain products can be replaced through their self-service option. For others calling 1.855.688.7269 is needed.
