My new 128GB iPhone 6S+ is giving me a warning that my memory is full and won't even allow me to take a photo. If I look at the storage usage, I am using well under 20GB of storage. My apps are also crashing. Do I bring this to Verizon or take it to Apple?
It no good to hear that your phone is stuffed up, Poopstick. A good place to start getting your functionality flowing again is in the Settings of your iPhone follow the “Clear information from your device” steps from the following link: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201265 .
