For the last couple weeks, every time I attempt to send a picture message to one of my contacts who does not have an iPhone, the picture and associated message will not send. I can send texts just fine, but not pictures. I have already checked my settings and I have sms enabled. I have done a soft reset of my phone and reset the network settings, but to no avail. Is anyone else experiencing difficulties with this? Is this a Verizon issue or do I need to contact Apple support? Any information you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you!

What happens when you try to send an MMS to someone other than the one contact?

I can send MMS to anyone with an iPhone without any problems. I've attempted to send pictures to a variety of people who don't have iPhones and they simply will not send.

I found that happens to me when my data is turned off which is extremely frustrating that now it requires data when it didn't before.

Are you turning cellular data off? It must be on for this to work.
