I live in Palm Springs, CA. Up until about a year ago I had good wireless reception. Now most calls are disconnected and people can not hear me speak, or language is garbled. Verizon assistance has given me no solution. Does anyone have a suggestion, other than to leave Verizon Wireless altogether. Thanks, Ken
Seeing a change in service would concern me as well, nekrenrut. We want to ensure we are providing you the best service possible, so you don't have to look at any other carrier! Coverage looks great in this area, so we're surprised to learn you are having issues. Let's take a closer look. What signal and bars do you get in this area? Does this happen both indoors and outdoors? Do you experience issues with texts and data as well?
