while phone inside clear Topeak Drybag AND while a phone call in progress, the touchscreen is inoperative. Can't even hang up. Have to remove phone from bag to get phone to respond to anything. Anyone else seen this?

How long has this been happening? Has there been any damage to the case? Is the phone working properly when you take the case off?
