I finally got fed up with the issues I was having with my iPhone 6 and edged up to a turbo 2. I made sure to manually back up to the Verizon cloud. But when I restored my droid it was incomplete. But I do know the iPhone backed up to icloud everyday. How do I access it?
You're trying to use Verizon Cloud or Apple iCloud to restore to the Android?
