I noticed a lag in my phone and Friday I started having issues with touch response. My phone will pause for 15-20 seconds before I can open an app or anything. Ive reset three times already. Used latest backup, and older backup, and starting as new. It will freeze in the middle of texting or trying to scroll. I'd prefer not to file $199 insurance claim just to receive a refurbished phone. It's so annoying that I've even tried buying another phone month to month but it won't let me. Phone is pretty much useless. Any suggestions, other than resetting? Thank you.
