Sending message to 5 digit number

How can I send a message to a 5 digit number or short code on an iPhone 6s?

You can send/receive message from a short code the same way you would regular text messages to a 9-digit number. Simply put the short code in the To field and proceed as you would for any other message. You will want to be sure you do not have a premium SMS block on your line that would prevent these type of messages from being sent.
