Ship delay

This is disappointing. Ordered 10/16 with ship date of 10/31. Received email that iphone 6+ 128gb gold now will not ship until 11/21 because they did not receive a sufficient amount to fulfill orders. Could I at least receive free overnight shipping due to this customer service fail?

What's even worse is its already almost 10PM here they sent my email at 830PM tonight. Way to wait till last minute to let customers know!!!!

I ordered the 6 + 128gb on 10/13 and got the same email last night around 8.  Been a VZW customer for over 10 years this is the worst customer service to date.  Such a disappointment!

I'm in the same boat, Ordered on the 16th and now I rec'd an email saying not shipping till the 21st. I am so disappointed with VZW. Also the fact that there is no remorse from the company and nothing done to say sorry.
