Signal Strength at home
dcavenee

My Apple iPhone 6 gets great reception in most areas (Zip 85234).  However, at my home it drops to no more than two bars and if generally a single bar.  I do a lot of business calls with my cell phone from my home office and often lose the calls because of poor reception.  I am in a highly populated area and would like to know how to request a new cell tower be added to the area - or at least have the immediate coverage evaluated.  Also, are there other options to improve my signal at my home.

Thanks,

Dave

Dcavenee, we definitely understand needing to complete your important phone calls. No outages or alerts have been reported in your area. I see you mentioned specifically that you have dropped calls in your home. There are many factors that can cause this. Due to obstructions indoor service can also be impacted. In these cases, we suggest enabling Wi-Fi Calling on capable devices or using a Network Extender to further improve your indoor calling experience. If you have WIFI in your home this is a great way to help with indoor coverage. The great news is your phone is WIFI calling capable. To learn more and how to activate visit http://vz.to/2fhQbin. We do have a form that you can fill out to enquire about putting a tower on your land. You can find the form here http://vz.to/2x7H61Q.
