I am a Verizon customer for more than a year now. From last 2-3 months, I have a signal issue near my home and office. I have complained to Verizon but they are unable to resolve it. And, they are not canceling the contract as well. Can you help me out?

Here are the steps that we took-

  • Replaced iPhone 6 and activated it as a brand new iPhone
  • Replaced Sim card
  • Factory reset by Verizon
  • The issue still remains intact.
  • Paid all the bills on time and never late payment
  • I don't owe anything to Verizon yet
I want to cancel the service but I am afraid they will charge ETF for canceling it. Can you help me out?
