I have an iphone6s and I am although I am receiving my calls, texts and emails on my phone screen, I am not hearing the sound for them. I have turned the phone off, etc but no luck. And yes the sound and volume are both turned on and working when I check them in Settings, but unless I check my phone, I don't know I am getting any texts, calls or emails.!! HELP PLEASE!!
Hi SMALLMOM21, the iPhone 6s has a small switch on the top left edge when facing the home screen. Could this perhaps be turned off? If so it would be able to cause this to happen.
