Speaker is not working for voicemail.

The speaker function for listening to voicemail isn't working on my iPhone 6+.  The volume when I listen by ear is barely audible which is why I wanted to listen by speaker.  But, the speaker has no volume at all.

Thanks for reaching out KCoy. Let's get that earpiece issue addressed. Is the device in a case? If so, please take it out and retest. Any damage? New screen protector? Is Bluetooth on? Have you tried it with a corded headset? Please let us know. We await your reply.
