I ordered two upgrades - iPhone 6 64, one Gold and one Gray - on 9/29. The Gold has a ship date of 10/24 and the Gray of 10/31.
I received an order confirmation email. It has a link for "Check your order status" which works, and still says "our order is processing. Your shipping details will be available soon." This all seems to be normal, and does have my order number and order date filled in.
However, if I go to "My Order History" after logging in to the My Verizon site, I don't see any orders at all... I ordered my upgrade after logging in, and it knew my info.
Is this expected behavior? I don't want to lose my place in line due to a glitch...
