I have worked in the same building for a year. I never had any trouble making or receiving calls until about 3 weeks ago. Now, when I'm at work (area code 85255) I have no bars, no calls, no texts in or out and a message that instead of saying
"no service" , scrolls "extended network". When I leave work, the phone works fine.
We know the importance of staying connected, especially in areas that you are familiar with having a connection. Have you engaged in any troubleshooting on site for the issue? Are any other Verizon users experiencing this issue?
Wkmktg, we want you to have your service going again. Let's start by doing a reset to the network settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Another option would be to pull out your SIM card and leave out for 2-3 minute and then put back in again to see if it returns to normal.
