Trade in lost?

Hello,

I mailed my iPhone 6s appraised for $175, I confirmed with UPS that Verizon received it 2 months ago. My online status is still showing: "Recycling Box Mailed". I talked to a representative and they asked me to be patient, but I believe it should have been processed by now or the online status should be changed to "Delivered" at least. I'm wondering if it's lost in the warehouse. How may I know if the warehouse has it and it's being processed?

We want to make sure that you are taken care of, haxsux. Having a trade in that takes this long is never a good thing. Do you have your submission I.S. or a UPS tracking number on hand?
