I am unable to pair my child's phone to Verizon Smart Family. The error message reads "Something went wrong. Please Try Again." I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I have tried completing on wifi. I have tried completing on cellular. I am using an iPhone 11 and my child is using an iPhone 6. There does not seem to be a fix. Please help!

The iPhone 6 has been updated with the latest software. On my account the lone is listed as “non registered”. Could that be the reason it will not pair with the smart family app?
