Ordered my iphone 6 plus 64gb before 4am on the 12th (Took forever to get through Verizon's site). it said I would get it by the 12th when I started. Now on my account the order says completed and delivered by 10/7. The other 2 phones I ordered say awaiting inventory. When I check the order status though on the order status page it says it won't ship until 10/28. I called verizon and went into the store. Both people were extremely rude and told me it wouldnt ship until the 28, but then said I have one held. So I am not sure what that means. This is a business account and I can't believe the terrible experience I am receiving. Does any else have an issue like this?
