I tried getting the trade in on my iphone4 that is in great condition but the website wouldn't let me do it last week. Now customer service won't help me at all and all I can get for trade in now is 27 dollars. I think their site was keeping people from getting through. I could only get the back order date and it wouldn't let me order it. Very unhappy. Their are not the only carrier.
