I can't change voicemail password directly on my new iPhone 6. I receive the message "Voicemail Unavailable. Unable to connect." But I can change the password from the menu after dialing *86. At the same time, I cannot access v-mail from the iPhone screen and I do not receive alerts showing that messages are waiting. Again, I have to dial *86 to hear messages. Help!

DavRehoboth, congratulations on your upgrade to a new iPhone 6. You no longer have to dial *86 to access your voice mail feature since you now have "Visual Voice Mail."
