Hello, I have iPhone 6. Callers receive a message that voicemail is full even though I've deleted messages and cleared deleted messages. Apple tells me this is a carrier issue. Please let me know next steps to resolve.

We definitely want your voicemail working in tip top shape. When accessing your messages are you using the Visual Voicemail feature on the phone? If you dial *86 do you still have messages or is it also clear?
