When a call goes to voicemail, the caller gets a message that the box is full. I have zero voicemails. There are no deleted voicemails. Phone has been updated. Have reset several times. It stopped working in April and VM service has never restored.
Have you tried dialing *86 to access the Verizon Wireless voicemail system and verify that system is also empty?
