My voicemail says it is full but there are no messages. Apple says it is Verizon and Verizon says it is the phone.
Lets get those messages working again! If you dial your cell number directly on the phone does it allow you to access those messages? You also could dial your number from any other phone and when you hear the greeting press the # to interrupt it. You will then be prompted for your passcode. Follow the steps and any older voicemails from your previous phone can be erased. Let me know if this resolves everything for you.
