Why is it not possible to eliminate voicemail from my account with VZ? I have called 611 to have voicemail turned off and the reps tell me that it cannot be turned off. I have no use for voicemail and do not want voicemail to answer my calls. I doubt if VZ can't turn voicemail off in my account. Either they don't know how or there is some policy that prevents them from turning the feature off.
