Weak connection

At my current address service has been decent for the last year and all the sudden for the last week now I can barely connect to LTE anymore. How do you report poor connection areas?

I can understand your concern with your signal change in the last week. I would wonder also if I had notice the change. Can you tell me if you have tried to power off/on the device? Are your calls, text, and data connections functioning properly?
