phone was working fine, now callers can only hear me when i have the phone on speaker
i have tried to reset my phone
tried cleaning the headphone jack
cleaning the mic
turning off/on noise cancellation
not sure what else to do
have had the phone since last august i believe

Being heard on your calls is always a priority. What do your callers hear when they call you? When did this first begin? Do you have a case on your phone?

They cannot hear anything at all until I switch to speaker.
I believe it is my microphone. I can still play music and hear my ringtones and watch videos just cannot record anything.
