when I use my phone to call someone they can't hear me unless I use speakerphone. this phone is a replacement from an insurance claim less than 6 months old is this the phone or a setting?
I know speakerphone isn't always convenient, Ginadud. It definitely would not be a setting. Do you know if the phone has been dropped or wet at all? (Even slightly) If there is no damage, it would still be under the warranty through insurance, (Asurion). You can reach out to them for assistance, and if it's a warranty issue, they can replace without another deductible.
