When I receive a photo message, it comes thru as a jpeg file, which a can't open. How can I correct this?
Picture messages are so important to stay in touch, DBombard. I know I rely on them from friends and family. Let's make sure you are able to review them. Go to Settings/Messages. Then make sure your MMS Messaging is turned on. Are you able to send them? Does it give you an error message?
