went to Apple store.  They sent me to Verizon for another chip, that didm't work, went back next day & Apple gave me another i6.  That was no good, so went to Verizon on Rte 9 in Framingham and they told me to get a signal booster!!  I traded in my i5 which never gave me trouble.
