We bought 2 new iPhone6's an activated them on 9/27; signed up for the 500Mb "More Everything Plan" because of the 1Gb promotional data per iPhone6. The promotion we were sold was to be 1Gb per iPhone6/month for 24 months. Checked usage on Oct. 9th because of data limit text messages, and have not been able to resolve the issue with Customer Service (#611). We have been told it was a computer error and should have been added, then was told the promo was only valid with the 1Gb MEP. Tonight, I was told to upgrade to 1Gb plan for an additional $20/month to get the bonus. At this point I do not trust anyone to give me a straight answer. We do not appreciate the bait and switch on the plans to get the bonus. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
