Why Can't I Use My Old Sim Card In My New Device?

I have received an iPhone 6 plus in the mail that I purchased used from a seller on eBay.  I was unaware that my iPhone 4s would have a different SIM card than my new phone.  What are my options?

We certainly want you to be able to enjoy that iPhone 6 you received. You may obtain a new sim card for that device at any of our corporate/direct store locations: http://vz.to/1AlOFdG

First, the SIM on your iPhone 4S is not used at all for Verizon, so even if it was the sane size, it would not have worked.  SIM in 4S is only for international travel on a Verizon 4S.

Go go to a corporate Verizon store with the 6 plus and they will give you a free SIM. If you go to authorized retailer, often there is a charge for the SIM.
