I haven't even had my phone 2 weeks yet and it is doing this on every call. I paid a lot of money for this phone and I need to be able to hear. I have many health issues and have frequent calls from my medical team.
I'm very unhappy about this.

So sorry to hear about the issues with calling on your phone, Angelblvr18. I totally understand that you paid good money for your phone and want it to work at all times and especially for medical reasons. We want the best for you. We're happy to help figure this out. What's the make/model of your phone? I know you mentioned that you are in zip code 73064 but what's the nearest cross streets? Are you having issues with texting or mobile data as well?
