Why am I getting the following message:"We are sorry, we are unable to authenticate your phone"

I get this message randomly and I must turn off the phone (restart) to solve the issue.

It's just one of those things that happens. Turn phone off and back on, make sure you have good service connection when restarting.

I'm  having the same issue with an iPhone 7  received today , I'll be taking it back in the morning , I'll keep my 6 s ,can't believe I'm stranded with no phone LOL
