Why can't people leave me voice mail?

I got a new iPhone 6 at the beginning of November. I was able to access my voicemail at first but now all of the sudden, it's asking for a mailbox number and no one can leave me a voicemail. I have no idea what number that could be! I tried my phone number and it didn't work. If someone could please help, that would be great!!

We want to make sure that you can access your voicemail, Hasho522. Are you able to access your inbox, or is this when you are prompted for a mailbox number? Can you try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings?

I have tried this and it did nothing.  I still get Message Management which ever someone calls me and tries to leave a message.

Please make sure your call forward is disabled and not routed to another mailbox.
