just ported into verizon from at&t with an iphone 6s. my incoming calls are not always coming in and in settings it still shows my number as unknown. have already done a total restore but not fixed yet. could this be just waiting for the port to completely finish. it's been about 7 hours and verizon support says it's done.

yup, sounds like it's still waiting for the port to complete. contact Verizon Wireless to check the status of your port. once the port is complete you'll need to restart your phone for your new number to be programmed to the phone. to check your port in status contact 1-888-844-7091.
