I'm having battery issues. The icon/indicator on the upper right-hand corner of the screen always says 100%, even after a full day of use. I'm streaming Netflix on it right now, at full screen brightness with the flashlight on, and it's still at 100%. I'm using iOs 9.3.5 and I've tried both a hard reset and turning the phone on and off and neither fixes the problem.

Have you added any new apps to the phone recently? Does have the phone have any physical or liquid damage at all?
