It really is embarrassing for them how bad this is.   If you didn't change anything then most likely the same cancellation will happen again and delivery dates will keep getting pushed out further and we'll be waiting in line overnight outside of verizon stores. 

Are you trying to order with EDGE or with any other method?   I tried things differently for my fourth time ordering tonight, by putting a $500 downpayment on the edge model and paying for that right away - maybe that will make them realize I'm serious. 

So ridiculously disappointing.  No wonder my calls get dropped all the time.  A tech company with no clue how to make tech work.   It is making me miss my tmobile to-go prepaid accounts.

Hey Jeff, so I contacted Verizon and they were actually able to help me... supposedly. If you are able to demonstrate they messed up the order, as them to "rebuild" your order and process a "Jump the line" request.  Hope that helps!
