Will there ever be a Verizon version of the iPhone Forever plan?

I love being with Verizon but the idea of just leasing an iPhone for a year and getting the new version is really sounding good to me. I realize there is fine print to all this but it seems that the device payment agreement is already antiquated.

I would really love to see Verizon offer an iPhone a year program.
