I was told that I was eligible for $300 in bill credits by an online chat rep, but I "should call Customer Service now". I called within 5 minutes and was told that was incorrect and they shouldn't have said that. And they did not honor what their representative told me. 

Great way to start off a relationship with a new customer....  NOT!
