activated iphone 6s and it is stuck on 3G

I recently went to a verizon store and activated an iphone 6s, and it will only connect to 3G,  not 4G LTE.  I've reset the phone, network settings, and basically everything short of getting a new sim card. how can i get this phone to connect to 4G?

I have sent you a private message regarding this issue. We absolutely want to make sure that you are connecting to 4G. I don't know what I would do if I had such an awesome phone as the 6S and couldn't use it to the fullest. Please respond to that private message at your earliest possible convenience.
