For some reason there is no insurance heading on my account any longer. I admittedly have had my account for years. I have unlimited data and chose to buy my iphone's full price from Apple to keep my unlimted data.
Now I notice there is no heading for the "asurion insurance". And you cant add it like other VZW customers . Spouse has android and feature appears to be able to be added and deleted for insurance protection.
I have no issues currently but anxious about the insurance. And i didnt buy the apple care.
I thought you could only buy Asurion within 30 days of buying a phone from Verizon. Can you add Asurion insurance to a phone used on Verizon that was bought elsewhere? You can check by going to asurion.com or this page Mobile Technology Device Protection Support - Services | Asurion
