all my picture are gone looked on the cloud but dont see them

I'm not sure what I did but the pictures on the phone are gone.  I thought they may have uploaded but I cant find them.

Oh my, we need to get your precious pictures and videos back. Let's look into this. What were you doing on the device before the pictures disappeared (downloading an application, changing settings, etc)? What happens when you attempt to view pictures on your device (any error messages)? Which cloud were they saved on (Verizon Cloud or Apple's iCloud)?
