When I try to change my data plan it says its not able to complete the task.When I call in I never get anyone that can help me,they just transfer my call to someone that never answers. Is there anyone here can help ??
What are you trying to change it to? What OS and browser are you using?

You're not late on payments are you? How far int the change process do you get before you get the notification?
Did you upgrade a phone which added a data plan? Then tried to switch it with another line and put a basic phone back on that line? If so then you can't remove that data plan.
They said they were trying to go form 15 GB ot 30 GB so that's clearly a More Everything data plan.
