can't get into MyVerizon from iPhone

I keep trying to log onto My Verizon from my iPhone but keep getting the message "unable to process you request, please try again later."

Why is this happening?

I did get into MyVerizon from my desktop without any problems..

Accessing your account on the go should be easy! Are you connected to Wi-fi when attempting to access the application on your device? If so, please disconnect the Wi-fi then attempt to access MyVerizon mobile on your device.
