have an iphone 6, trying to purchase new apps, when i press the app store icon i get a message of: "cannot connect to app store"
Any answers to what I need to do?
App Store is working fine for me. Try powering your phone off and then back on to see if that helps.
We want to make sure you can download the latest apps for your device, tugboat2015. Does your device show a data connection? Do you experience any problems access your browser? Have you been able to download apps previously?
