russia99 go into Settings and verify the following: Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data. Make that that is of course toggled on. Then stay on the same page and scroll down to make sure the apps you want to use on cellular are toggled on for "use cellular data for:"
Next go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind you will lose all your Wi-Fi saved networks but this is a step that Apple always requires to be done if having a cellular problem. I've had to reset this a few times in the past and it can help.
Only other suggestions are: the device off and back on. If that doesn't help back it up via iTunes... restore it to factory and try it again before you restore from backup.
Let us know if any of these help!

Before you do a factory reset, power down, remove the SIM card and power it back up.
If that doesn't work go to Verizon Corporate for a free SIM card replacement; the SIM is how you connect to the network, so if that goes, your service goes, though you can still use your phone on Wi-Fi.

I'm also having the same issues! No data or cell service outside of wi-fi connection.
Even on Wi-Fi, I can't call anyone else on the Verizon wireless network. I am, however, able to call landlines and non-Verizon wireless cell customers! I tried the suggestion above (RESET) to no avail. My phone (Apple 5s) has no SIM card to remove/replace...
Hoping someone has another helpful suggestion.

are you suggesting I remove the card and leave it out? or do I reinsert the SIM before powering up?

Power down. Remove the SIM card, wait 1-2 minutes and then put it back in and power back up. It will reacquire your network. It may not work, but worth a shot. You too may need a new SIM card. While it's out of the phone be cautious with it, don't touch the gold bits.

Thank you!!! Unfortunately removing the SIM card, waiting and powering back up did not fix the issue.
Im chatting w/a Verizon CSR now. Ill report back if a solution is found.

If you're located in PA they are having issues.

Im not sure if it was Verizon who fixed my phone or some miraculous recovery but, while chatting with Verizon, my issues were fixed even though a ticket wasn't yet completed for submission by the CSR. I'm unable to pinpoint exactly how they got fixed so I apologize but perhaps its just a matter of waiting it out.
Thanks again, MiiHere!
