On the iPhone 6S, the cellular setting for LTE should be Voice and Data. If you get dropped calls, try changing the LTE setting to Data only, but you will lose the ability to have simultaneous voice and data.

Ideal Settings under cellular:

Cellular Data -  on

Cellular Data Options - Enable LTE Voice and Data

                                   Roaming - your choice, I have mine set to Voice & Data
