data doesnt work since coming back from spain

My daughters iphone 6 data isnt working since she came back from Spain.Verizon tech support had her reset the phone witch didnt help and now they wont do anything because her screen has a small crack that was there long before she went to Spain.

See if putting in a different or new Verizon SIM works.

Also recheck your APN setting listed under mobile networks.

She had to get a new SIM when she got back because she lost hers in Spain

That needs to be set to your service provider, if Verizon it may be "VZWINTERNET" , check with them. However in a normal stateside system it should set on it's own with the correct programed sim installed.
