Keeping those unwanted emails in the trash is the goal.  Let's ensure they stay out of your box.  When did the trouble begin with the deleted emails appearing on your phone?  Have there been any recent changes to your device?  Do you have email set up on your phone or do you access email through a 3rd party app?
